Yummiest Crepe Recipe
Mix all Dry Ingredients, Whisk. its okay if batter is a little lumpy. I use a 1/2 measuring cup to scoop each crepe. Make sure to add a bit of Butter to the pan for each crepe for easy flipping!
Tip: Fold Crepes in Quarters and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving. I like to put them in the Oven on “Keep Warm” setting/set oven to 170 degrees. Top with Powder sugar and your Favorite Fruit in Season!
